The Flow Package
A Six-month guided journey along The Alignment Path (In-person only)
This program adapts to your environment, whether at home or in a gym, and is crafted around your current fitness level. Each session is designed to safely enhance strength and endurance, giving you a personalized plan that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. The program spans over a duration of 6 Months (Two weeks of vacations are allowed. The 6 months include 26 weeks, but we charge only 24 weeks). Integrative movement using the CHEK approach targets areas of tightness and weakness to restore alignment and balance, helping you move pain-free throughout life. It focuses on achieving freedom of movement in daily activities, work, and athletic performance, while also emphasizing injury prevention and effective rehabilitation.

• Four Doctors Assessment: Dr. Happy, Dr. Diet, Dr. Quiet, and Dr. Movement. When any of these areas are out of balance, it can affect mood, energy, and overall health; prolonged imbalance may lead to pain or chronic illness.
• Holistic Lifestyle Assessment: Evaluates stressors, habits, and potential blocks, helping to clear obstacles and restore clarity in your body, mind, and life.
• Primal Pattern Diet Assessment: Identifies the foods that best support your energy, mood, and overall health, tailored to your ancestral and genetic patterns.
• Lifestyle Journal Assessment: This journal captures the full picture of your daily habits, including your nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and how your body responds. It provides insights often missed by standard blood or stool tests (Can be available if requested/needed). By understanding your unique patterns, you’ll learn how foods and behaviors affect you, giving you the knowledge to make informed, independent choices.
• Physical Assessment: Flexibility Assessment, Postural Assessment, Lower Back Assessment, and Core Function Assessment, Assessment of Injury History and Underlying Causes of Pain.
• Functional Doctor Follow Up: Monthly follow-ups from a Dr. Walid Khairallah to provide ongoing supervision and expert guidance. This ensures any underlying health issues or medical considerations are carefully monitored and integrated into your personalized program. With this professional oversight, your exercise plan, lifestyle coaching, and nutrition strategies are always aligned with your body’s unique needs, supporting safe, effective, and lasting results.
• Program Design: Personalized stretch and exercise program.
• Personalized Corrective Exercise Sessions: 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week option over 24 weeks.
• Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Sessions: 8 sessions over the period of 24 weeks.
